Only local & available candidates will be considered Own the technical development process for apparel from initial concept through production, ensuring strong fit, construction quality, and timely execution. Lead fit reviews with cross-functional partners to assess silhouette, proportion, mobility, and overall garment appearance. Evaluate samples with precision, document issues clearly, and recommend practical solutions to improve fit and construction. Communicate revisions to manufacturing partners using technical documentation, pattern updates, and visual references. Maintain accurate measurement specs, construction details, and technical package information throughout development. Create and revise patterns as needed, including grading updates and technical corrections. Support consistency across categories by upholding established fit standards, construction methods, and block integrity. Partner closely with design and product teams early in development to translate creative concepts into production-ready specifications. Review garment details for quality, functionality, and cost awareness while balancing aesthetic intent. Build and maintain foundational blocks, fit references, and technical standards libraries. Track development progress across multiple styles and categories, managing deadlines in a fast-moving environment. Prepare detailed fit notes, technical comments, and quality-related reports to support smooth execution. Savvy within Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel and PLM systems Collaborate effectively with merchandising, product development, and design teams to drive alignment throughout the process. Bring strong knowledge of garment construction, fabric behavior, grading, and production requirements. Ideal candidates have 5+ years technical design experience within women's apparel and pattern making knowledge Experience working across multiple product categories is preferred; denim knowledge is a plus.
