Korean-Speaking Medical Front Desk Receptionist - Full Time Cornerstone Eye Center Anaheim, CA Job Details Full-time From $21 an hour 3 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Qualifications English Korean Front desk Full Job Description Job Overview We are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, quick to learn, and comfortable working in a busy medical office. The right candidate should be able to communicate professionally with both English- and Korean-speaking patients and work well with the rest of the team. Duties Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner Schedule and confirm patient appointments Answer phone calls and assist patients with questions Check patient demographics and insurance information Verify insurance eligibility and benefits Check patients out and collect copays and patient balances Review referrals and authorizations Assist with referrals, faxes, and medical records Communicate with patients, insurance companies, and other medical offices Work closely with doctors and back-office staff to keep the office running smoothly Perform other front-office administrative duties as needed Qualifications Fluent in Korean and English - REQUIRED Previous medical front desk or medical office experience preferred Comfortable answering phones and assisting patients in person Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Able to multitask and work efficiently in a busy medical office Must be a team player with a positive attitude
Pay:
From $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 40.0 per week
