Overview:

The Senior Technical Designer is a lead role in the garment fit and tailoring arena of the brand. Your technical expertise will be used in fitting base size models. You will also fit full size runs and be responsible for correcting the fit in multiple ways from Proto 1 all the way to PP (Pre-Production Fit.) Extensive experience in the fit room is a must. After fitting, draping, and tailoring Alo designs on our standard models, the data derived from the fittings will be used to effectively communicate to the technical garment changes/ updates to various vendors we collaborate with globally.

Designers During Proto Review Embodies The Right Team Player Aura Qualifications:

10+ years working as a technical design expert A degree in fashion or another field relating to fashion Can juggle the responsibility of many styles from multiple seasons at one time Experience with sewing and garment patterns PLM, Adobe Suite, CLO Excellent written and verbal communication skills Pin and fit with seasoned hands while having a comprehensive fabric education regarding knit and woven fabric performance The base salary range for this position is $110,000-$125,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company's total rewards package for exempt employees.
