It is an opportunity to develop real-world fashion and sales skills, learn directly from experienced professionals, build confidence working with customers, and gain firsthand exposure to the luxury menswear industry. For interns who demonstrate strong performance, professionalism, and potential throughout the program, there may also be an opportunity to transition into a full-time position with Cosiani in the future. The team supports customers across weddings, special occasions, business, and everyday tailoring, helping each person find a look that feels individual and refined. With decades of experience, quality fabrics, expert styling, and professional alterations, COSIANI remains a trusted destination for modern menswear in the region. Cosiani Luxury Boutique is accepting applications for its Fashion & Sales Internship Program in Glendale, California. Only 6 interns will be selected for this hands-on program. We are looking for motivated college students and young professionals who are passionate about fashion, luxury menswear, styling, sales, and customer experience and want to gain practical experience inside an established luxury boutique. Cosiani is a luxury menswear boutique specializing in suits, tuxedos, wedding attire, custom clothing, and formalwear. This internship provides an opportunity to learn how luxury fashion, personal styling, customer relationships, and sales come together in a real retail environment. Training & Mentorship Interns will receive hands-on training and mentorship from Cosiani's Marketing Director and experienced luxury fashion and sales professionals. You will learn how to communicate with clients, understand their style and needs, recommend products, build customer relationships, and understand the complete luxury retail experience. Who Can Apply College students with good academic standing Motivated and eager to learn Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, friendly, and confident Fluent in English Armenian language skills are a plus Comfortable communicating and building relationships with customers Previous fashion, retail, or sales experience is helpful but not required What Interns May Learn & Work On Luxury fashion and menswear Men's suits, tuxedos, wedding attire, fabrics, and accessories Fashion styling and understanding individual customer preferences Luxury retail sales techniques Customer communication and relationship building Understanding the customer journey from consultation to purchase Product presentation and merchandising Client follow-up and customer relationship management Sales psychology and understanding customer needs Supporting in-store promotions and events Building confidence in professional and customer-facing environments Understanding how fashion, branding, customer experience, and sales work together What Interns Will Receive Hands-on training and professional mentorship Training from Cosiani's Marketing Director Exposure to experienced luxury fashion and sales professionals Practical fashion and sales experience Luxury retail and customer service training Professional communication and relationship-building experience Certificate upon successful completion Letter of recommendation based on successful performance College credit, if approved by the student's university Professional networking opportunities Experience to add to a resume and profile Potential opportunity to be considered for a future full-time position based on performance and business needs
