Full Job Description Job Description:
Mica Denim is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Design Assistant / Associate to support our design team in developing innovative denim collections. This role will work closely with the Designer and assist with various tasks throughout the design and product development process. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about fashion and denim. MUST be bilingual Korean/English.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Designer with a variety of daily design and development tasks Participate in fittings and assist with sample reviews Prepare and organize design files, tech packs, and seasonal materials Assist with design presentations and maintain accurate records using Excel Coordinate with internal teams and support multiple ongoing projects Help ensure deadlines are met while maintaining attention to detail
Qualifications:
Fashion Design degree preferred 2-3 years of experience in the denim industry required Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Excel Fluent Korean speaker required (bilingual in English and Korean) Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
