4SI3NNA is a fast growing women's apparel company based in Los Angeles. We are a tight knit team in the fast fashion space and are looking for a sharp, detail oriented Design Assistant who is eager to learn and grow within the industry. We work directly with retailers like Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, Anthropologie, Free People, Urban Outfitters, & more. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience in apparel production, product development, and garment costing . We are willing to train the right person — we care more about your work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to learn quickly than prior experience. What You'll Do Assist with tracking styles, samples, and production updates Help gather and update garment costing information Maintain spreadsheets and internal trackers (cost sheets, sample logs, production status) Work closely with design and sales teams to keep product information accurate and up to date Upload product details, organize files, and manage sample photos Assist with sample coordination and shipments Support day-to-day design and production tasks What We're Looking For Highly organized and detail oriented Comfortable working on a computer (Excel or Google Sheets required) Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment Strong communication and follow-up skills Interested in apparel, fashion, or product development Preferred (but not required) Internship or entry level experience in fashion, admin, or operations Experience working with spreadsheets or data tracking Familiarity with apparel or e-commerce Important This is not a styling or purely creative role. This role is focused on organization, tracking, and supporting the product development and production process. Pay:
