Responsibilities Own technical development and execution across multiple women's product categories. Create and maintain accurate tech packs, specs, construction details, and measurement charts. Review samples and provide clear, detailed fit and construction comments. Conduct fittings and communicate corrections to factories and vendors. Manage fit approvals and ensure products meet design, quality, and fit expectations. Partner closely with Design, Product Development, Production, and overseas factories. Track technical development timelines and proactively communicate any issues or delays. Ensure all technical information is accurate, organized, and up to date throughout the development process. Identify potential fit, construction, quality, and production issues before they become problems. Manage multiple styles and deadlines simultaneously with minimal supervision. Help establish and maintain consistent technical standards across categories. Qualifications 2+ years of relevant technical design experience preferred. Strong experience in women's contemporary or higher-end fashion . Experience working across multiple product categories. Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, grading, measurements, fabrics, and production. Excellent tech pack and specification skills. Highly detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through. Able to independently manage priorities, timelines, and workload. Strong communicator who is comfortable working directly with factories and cross-functional teams. Proven ability to identify problems, find solutions, and proactively move projects forward. Strong organizational skills and a high standard for accuracy. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing fashion company.
