The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of design experience and the ability to manage multiple brand initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various brands and performing additional duties as assigned by management. The responsibilities listed below are intended to be representative of the position and may be adjusted based on business needs.

Responsibilities:

Stay current with emerging fashion trends, color palettes, and market direction, applying insights to targeted brands. Collaborate with senior leadership and sales executives to develop innovative design concepts. Present and communicate design ideas effectively to key clients and stakeholders. Revise, rework, and recolor artwork to meet brand guidelines and client requirements. Create accurate and visually compelling CADs with a high level of proficiency and attention to detail. Qualifications Excellent CAD design skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign Strong conceptual thinking and organizational abilities, with a proven capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines Experience creating mood boards and trend boards to support design development Excellent verbal and written communication skills Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed

Pay:

$75,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
