What You'll Be Doing + Create custom textile designs and production-ready artwork for hospitality and commercial interior projects. + Adapt and develop designs using existing patterns, materials, and assets from an extensive design library. + Execute creative concepts while ensuring alignment with client specifications, brand standards, and project requirements. + Prepare production files and maintain accuracy throughout the design process. + Review printed samples and physical materials to evaluate color, pattern, scale, and overall design quality. + Collaborate with designers, production teams, and project stakeholders to ensure projects are executed successfully. + Follow established workflows, approval processes, and production procedures. + Balance creative thinking with production feasibility, quality standards, and project timelines.
