80-100k (DOE) Our client is looking for a highly skilled, creative, and fast-moving Children's Sleepwear & Baby Designer to join their team. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who can take ideas from concept through finished design quickly and accurately. The ideal candidate is comfortable using AI-powered design tools alongside traditional design software to accelerate the creative process.

Key Responsibilities:

Create original prints, patterns, graphics, and artwork for children's sleepwear and baby products Design and develop new product concepts and collections Create detailed CADs and production-ready artwork Utilize AI design and image-generation tools to develop concepts, prints, graphics, colorways, and design variations Use AI to speed up concept development and overall design workflow Translate AI-generated concepts into clean, editable, production-ready Adobe Illustrator artwork Research and follow current baby, kids, fashion, print, and retail trends Manage multiple projects with fast turnaround times

Requirements:

Strong experience in children's apparel, sleepwear, baby, or related product design 5-6 years design experience ideal Expert-level Adobe Illustrator skills Experience using AI creative/design tools Strong print, pattern, and graphic design capabilities Strong CAD and technical design skills Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail Creative thinker who is comfortable combining AI technology with traditional design skills
