This is a full-time, in-office role for someone who can independently create wearable streetwear denim designs and production-ready tech packs without heavy supervision. What You'll Do Design original streetwear denim pants (fits, silhouettes, and seasonal drops) Develop design concepts including washes, distressing, embroidery, graphics, patches, and trims Create detailed technical flats and garment specifications Build complete, factory-ready tech packs (no missing details or assumptions) Define fabric, hardware, labels, stitching, and construction details Work directly with manufacturers and sample rooms Manage sample development and revise based on fit/production feedback Help shape the overall direction of the denim category What We're Looking For 3-7+ years of experience in streetwear or denim apparel design Strong portfolio showing actual denim or production garments Proven ability to create full tech packs used in manufacturing Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Deep understanding of: Denim construction Fits and grading Wash techniques (vintage, acid wash, enzyme, stone wash, etc.) Streetwear aesthetics and current trends Experience working with overseas factories (China, Vietnam, Pakistan, etc.) Ability to balance creativity with production accuracy Korean-speaking ability is a plus Nice to Have Experience working with established streetwear or denim brands Knowledge of sourcing fabrics and trims Ability to lead product development conversations with factories Experience improving fit from sample rounds What We Offer Full-time in-office position (NJ/NYC area)
