Knowledge in using a Spectrophotometer and light box a plus Previous experience working with Walmart and CTL in Color Testing Proficient in Excel Excellent follow up and follow through skills Must be detail orientated, able to prioritize tasks, and to successfully meet multiple deadlines Job Responsibilities Review samples of Socks and Slippers for Quality, Fit, and Color. Send comments to the factories and review comments with Designers. Communicate with factories daily to coordinate all color submissions. Review all color submits from factories and make comments to ensure color consistency is within tolerance. Maintain production delivery dates following color T&A chart for lab dip and shade band submissions to CTL Work with the Factories, Design, and Production team on achieving color accuracy Submit all Lab Dips and Shade bands to CTL Work with Walmart and CTL to assure all color testing is approved.
