intern The position is open to individuals seeking an intership with the possibility of full time employment upon the successful completion of the internship. Responsibilities Design Support ? Work with designer to establish line sheet and production calendar based on merchandising plan ? Source trims, design details and colors for each season ? Coordinate and catalogue fabrication samples for upcoming collections Technical Design Support ? Support fittings and assist in capturing technical corrections ? Organize pattern and sample library Production Coordination ? Manage WIP spreadsheets, timelines, and delivery schedules ? Responsible for BOM, Labels, Packaging pages in the TP ? Track samples/PP/TOPs and coordinate with vendors and factories (domestic and international) ? Maintain final production pattern files and showroom sample library ? Product costing; communicate cost to finance team ? Prepare cut tickets and Purchase Orders for raw materials and finished productions ? If needed, coordinate wholesale orders, shipping and logistics with the logistics team ? Coordinate overseas importing processes ? Organize and maintain production records and reference files ? Schedule / book international QC if applicable ? Request domestic markers and coordinate fabric and marker deliveries and production packs to domestic factories Showroom & Internal Support ? Assist in showroom fittings and client-facing appointments ? Take individual appointments to support sales as needed (1-2 per week; commission offered) ? Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and merchandising on production details ? Maintain a highly organized, clean workspace that is ready at all times to receive VIP clients Qualifications Strong organizational skills and communication skills Ability to interface with clients and style customers Degree in Fashion Design, Supply Chain, Fashion Business or Similar 1-2 Years work experience in related fields
