  • Sleep & Apparel Our client is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Associate Designer to support the growth of a premium brands apparel & sleepwear business.
This role is ideal for an emerging fashion designer with strong CAD capabilities, an eye for women's trends, and enthusiasm for developing commercial products that reflect an iconic global brand. Key Responsibilities Support the design and seasonal development of women's apparel, sleepwear, and loungewear collections. Research market, runway, retail, and consumer trends across silhouettes, colors, prints, graphics, fabrics, and trims. Create polished CADs, technical sketches, colorways, print layouts, graphics, and presentation materials. Assist with seasonal concepts, color palettes, fabric direction, print development, and product storytelling. Revise designs in response to internal, customer, and brand feedback. Help develop fabrics, trims, prints, colors, and other product details. Prepare line sheets, design boards, and presentations for internal reviews and customer meetings. Collaborate with merchandising, technical design, production, sourcing, and overseas factory partners. Review development samples and maintain clear, accurate comments, revisions, and design records. Organize seasonal samples, fabrics, trims, artwork, and development materials. Help ensure all products align with the brand aesthetic while meeting commercial and retail needs. Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced product development environment. Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in women's apparel, sleepwear, loungewear, or a related fashion category. Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related discipline preferred. Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Excellent CAD, sketching, and technical drawing skills. Working knowledge of color, print, fabric, garment construction, fit, and product development. Strong awareness of current fashion, retail, and consumer trends. Experience working with overseas factories is a plus. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Positive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a team-oriented environment.
