The Frame Center is looking for a part-time Custom Framing Designer to join our team. We're seeking a creative, personable individual with a strong eye for color, design and proportion who enjoys working directly with customers to create beautiful custom framing solutions. Responsibilities Work one-on-one with customers to design custom framing for artwork, photographs, memorabilia and keepsakes. Help clients select frames, mats, glazing and other materials based on their piece, style and budget. Prepare estimates and accurately write up framing orders. Take precise measurements and maintain detailed job specifications. Communicate with customers throughout the design and ordering process. Work closely with our framing team to ensure designs are completed accurately. Maintain a welcoming, organized showroom. Qualifications Previous custom framing experience preferred . Strong sense of color, design and visual presentation. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Detail-oriented and comfortable working with measurements. Creative, organized and able to manage multiple projects. Interest or experience in art, interior design, photography, visual merchandising or a related field is a plus. Part-time, in-person position in Smithtown, NY. We're looking for someone who enjoys both design and working with people and takes pride in helping customers frame the things that matter most to them.

From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 30.0 per week
