About the Role We're looking for an experienced Suit Specialist to join our team and deliver exceptional style guidance to our customers. This role is ideal for someone with a genuine passion for men's tailoring, fabric, and fit who can build lasting client relationships and drive sales through outstanding service. Responsibilities Provide expert one-on-one consultations to help customers select suits, sport coats, and formalwear based on body type, occasion, and personal style Guide clients through fabric, cut, and construction options Take accurate measurements and coordinate with in-house or partner tailors for alterations Build and maintain a client book, following up for fittings, special events, and repeat business Stay current on menswear trends, seasonal collections, and brand offerings Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets Maintain visual merchandising standards for the suit department Educate newer team members on suiting fundamentals as needed Qualifications 3+ years of experience in men's clothing sales, specifically suits/formalwear Strong knowledge of suit construction, fabrics, and fit principles Proven track record of meeting sales goals and building client relationships Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends Basic measuring/fitting skills preferred; tailoring experience a plus
