In-office five days per week, with potential flexibility to work from home one day per week after acclimation. We're seeking a talented Women's/Missy Designer to help create and execute compelling apparel collections from concept through final prototype. This is a hands-on, in-office opportunity for a creative professional with a strong eye for color, trend, silhouette, fabric, and detail. What You'll Do Partner with the Design Director to develop styles from concept through completion. Guide Associate and Assistant Designers through line development. Collaborate with Product Development to monitor pre-production samples. Work with Sales and leadership to shape silhouettes, fabrics, and concepts for key retail markets. Create and deliver polished retailer presentations and special projects. Lead and participate in fit sessions. Review pre-production product details to ensure accuracy before production. What You'll Bring Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, Textiles, Fine Art, or a related field. 5-7 years of experience designing women's or missy apparel. A portfolio showcasing women's/missy design work is required. Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Knowledge of garment construction, textiles, finishing techniques, screen printing, and fabric development. Experience creating CADs, tech packs, and digital illustrations. A strong artistic eye for color, graphics, silhouettes, and market trends. Excellent organization, communication, follow-through, and deadline-management skills. Ability to thrive independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with proto packages and overseas partners is preferred.
