Job Description
Brammer's Athletic Wearhouse is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer with a strong background in textile graphics, screen print separations, and production-ready artwork . This position is ideal for someone who understands both creative design and the technical requirements of apparel decoration. Responsibilities Create and prepare artwork for screen printing, embroidery, DTF, and heat transfer production Perform color separations for textile printing Develop production-ready layouts and proofs Vectorize customer artwork and logos Create mockups for customer approvals Ensure artwork meets production specifications and quality standards Work closely with sales and production teams to meet deadlines Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Required Experience Minimum 2 years of graphic design experience in the apparel decoration industry Strong knowledge of textile color separations Experience creating production-ready layouts for screen printing Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop Knowledge of garment printing processes and artwork requirements Strong attention to detail and file organization Ability to work independently and manage priorities Preferred Qualifications Experience with embroidery digitizing software Knowledge of DTF, DTG, heat transfers, and promotional products Experience working in a screen printing or embroidery environment Understanding of spot color and simulated process separations What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Full-time position Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company Professional and team-oriented work environment Paid holidays and additional benefits based on tenure Only applicants with apparel decoration and textile separation experience will be considered.
