Technical Product Develpment Assitant North Houston / Spring, TX | Full-Time | On-Site At Spektrum Leos, we design and manufacture high-end custom gymnastics leotards for athletes across the United States. We're looking for a detail-oriented Technical Product Development Assistant to join our growing Technical Design team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in Adobe Illustrator, is highly organized, and wants to build a career in apparel product development.
What you will do:
Prepare and update technical packs (Tech Packs) for customer orders. Create and modify Adobe Illustrator production files. Prepare technical files used to operate CNC cutting machines. Ensure all production files are accurate and production-ready. Maintain organized digital files and product documentation. Coordinate closely with the Technical Product Developer and Production Department. Assist with sample tracking and product revisions. Support continuous improvements to technical documentation and production workflows. Qualifications Required High School Diploma. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator. Exceptional attention to detail. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. English proficiency. Preferred Fashion Design, Product Development, Graphic Design, or related education. Basic understanding of apparel construction or pattern making. Experience working with technical files or production documentation. What we're looking for: We're looking for someone who enjoys precision, organization, and problem-solving. This is not a sewing position—it is a technical product development role focused on preparing accurate production files that support our manufacturing process.
