We are looking for a creative, reliable, and hands-on Floral Designer to join our shop. If you bring a refined eye for design, strong technical skills, and a proactive attitude toward daily shop operations, we would love to connect.

Position Overview Role:

Part-Time Floral Designer Hours:

10-20 hours per week

Schedule:

Flexible weekday shifts with occasional weekend availability

Key Responsibilities Floral Design:

Craft high-quality arrangements for daily deliveries, walk-in clientele, and special events across various styles.

Customer Care & POS:

Assist walk-ins, answer customer inquiries by phone with a warm and professional demeanor, and process orders accurately through our point-of-sale system.

Flower Processing & Care:

Process fresh flower shipments, rotate inventory, refresh water, and maintain the walk-in cooler to maximize bloom longevity.

Shop Upkeep:

Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting space by scrubbing buckets, watering plants, dusting retail displays, and sweeping/mopping work areas.

Physical Tasks:

Safely lift and transport water buckets, floral crates, and delivery boxes weighing 20-30 lbs.

Qualifications Experience:

4+ years of hands-on floral design experience in a retail floral shop or studio setting.

Portfolio:

A digital portfolio, website, or photo collection showcasing 3-5 examples of recent original work.

Customer Skills:

Strong communication skills and comfortable guiding clients through custom and event selections.

Work Ethic:
