Job Description
Danville Florist is looking for a creative, detail-oriented part-time Floral Designer to join our team. If you love working with flowers, have a great eye for design, and enjoy connecting with customers, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Create and design floral arrangements for daily orders, special occasions, and events Assist customers in person and over the phone with orders and inquiries Coordinate and track daily and event orders Process incoming flowers (unpacking, conditioning, and prepping) Maintain daily housekeeping and cleanliness of the shop and work areas Qualifications Prior floral design experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and a creative eye for color, texture, and composition Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
