Role:

• Design high-quality floral arrangements for daily orders and bespoke weddings & events
• Work closely with our creative team to execute design plans and themes
• Help open the shop on scheduled mornings and work most

Saturdays Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of floral design experience in retail & event setting
• Strong, confident design skills (centerpieces, bouquets, and installations)
• Comfortable working quickly and independently without sacrificing quality
• Excellent time management and a collaborative, can-do attitude
• Availability mornings and Saturdays
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and be on your feet during shifts
