Freelance Floral Designer & Holiday Decorator We're looking for a talented and creative Freelance Floral Designer & Holiday Decorator to join our team for floral design projects and seasonal Christmas decorating. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, enjoys working with flowers and greenery, and is comfortable creating beautiful holiday installations in a variety of settings. We're looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities Create floral arrangements, designs, and installations for a variety of projects. Assist with Christmas and holiday decorating, including garlands, wreaths, trees, bows, and other seasonal décor. Help with installation, styling, and removal of holiday decorations. Work with a variety of fresh, dried, and artificial floral materials. Maintain a high standard of quality, detail, and presentation. Safely handle floral supplies, décor, ladders, and installation materials. Work flexible hours depending on project schedules and client needs. Qualifications At least 2 years of professional experience in floral design, event design, holiday decorating. Strong creative and visual design skills. Comfortable working with fresh flowers, greenery, and holiday décor. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Comfortable with early mornings and/or later evenings and weekend hours when projects require it. Ability to tie beautiful, professional bows is a plus! Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform the physical aspects of floral and holiday installation work. Comfortable on ladders. Compensation & Schedule $35 per hour On Call Part Time position with lots of work during holiday season Hours may range from 8-40 hours per week , depending on project volume and season. Flexible availability is important, as some projects may require early mornings, evenings, weekends, or extended days . There is potential to be added to our permanent rotating roster of freelance designers that we call on to for work both local and travel jobs.
