Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in the flower industry, with a knowledge of flowers and a passion for creative designs. Experience in retail sales and the ability to provide excellent customer service. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a small team in a fast-paced environment. Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays as needed.
