We are looking for a talented and experienced Floral Designer to join our close-knit team and help bring meaningful moments to life through flowers. This role is ideal for a designer who is confident in their skills, takes pride in quality craftsmanship and enjoys working in a collaborative, supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Create high quality floral arrangements for daily orders, events, and holidays Work with fresh flowers, greenery and seasonal materials Maintain floral inventory, freshness and organization Prepare arrangements for delivery and pickup Support the shop with daily tasks including cleaning, processing flowers, merchandising, answering phones and taking walk-in customers Deliver exceptional customer service that reflects the House of Flora brand Requirements 2 years of professional floral design experience preferred Strong knowledge of floral deisgn principles, mechanics, color theory, and flower varieties Must provide a portolio of previous floral design work for consideration Experience creating a variety of arrangements, including everyday designs, sympathy, weddings, events and custom orders Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced floral shop, especially during holidays and busy seasons Must be available to work weekends and holidays Applications without a portfolio and design experience will not be considered

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
