This is a land-based position — no live-aboard or travel at sea required. You will work aboard vessels at our docks and local yards, keeping every interior clean, organized, and show ready for owner arrivals, sea trials, deliveries, surveys, showings, and boat shows. You will work largely on your own, following a set schedule while adapting to changing priorities, and will be trusted to treat each yacht's interior as if it were your own. What You'll Do Clean, detail, and maintain all interior spaces: salons, galleys, staterooms, heads, crew quarters, and wheelhouse. Perform routine yacht watch checks on each vessel — inspect for leaks, moisture, odors, mold or mildew, pests, and HVAC/dehumidifier operation — and report issues immediately. Dust, vacuum, and clean all surfaces, floors, and carpets; clean and polish wood, leather, stone, glass, and stainless fixtures; sanitize heads, showers, galleys, and appliances. Care for upholstery, linens, bedding, curtains, and soft goods; clean interior windows and mirrors. Organize and inventory interior equipment, linens, and stores. Prepare and stage vessels for owner arrivals, sea trials, deliveries, surveys, showings, and boat shows, including provisioning as directed. Use only approved products and methods appropriate to each material and finish; protect interiors during service and yard work. Maintain cleaning supply inventory and request replenishment before stock runs out. Assist with light exterior cleaning and boat show/event setup when needed. Communicate clearly with managers and technicians to meet schedules and expectations. What We're Looking For Prior experience as a yacht stewardess, interior detailer, yacht crew, or in luxury hospitality/housekeeping. Knowledge of proper care for fine finishes, fabrics, and marine interiors. Self-motivated and dependable — able to manage your own daily workload without direct supervision. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work. Trustworthy and discreet; comfortable working aboard high-value private vessels. Excellent time management, organization, and planning skills. Available for occasional weekends and additional hours around deliveries and boat shows.
