The ideal candidate will have a passion for floral artistry, horticulture, and customer service, with the ability to create stunning floral arrangements for various occasions. This position will have a strong focus on orchid arrangements. This position will need to prepare grab-and-go orchid arrangements, maintaining orchids in club areas, and care for orchids at the garden center. This role offers an opportunity to work in a vibrant retail environment, combining artistic skills with excellent organizational and communication abilities. The Floral Designer will play a key role in enhancing our store's visual appeal and providing exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities Design and create orchid arrangements for events, daily displays, and special orders, ensuring they meet customer specifications and quality standards Assist customers with selecting orchids and designing custom arrangements. Perform basic gardening and landscape maintenance tasks as needed to support store aesthetics Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace to ensure safety and efficiency Requirements Proven experience in floral design, with knowledge of floral design principles and orchid care.
