Role:
Join our family-owned boutique garden shop and create stunning custom floral designs without ever following a "templated recipe." As a Floral Designer, you'll work with the best plants and flowers available, build lasting client relationships, and contribute your creative vision to Jacksonville's premier garden shop experience for the last 35 years!
Key Responsibilities:
Design custom living arrangements, wreaths, and seasonal displays. Provide exceptional customer service and design consultations. Maintain shop displays and ensure high quality standards. Manage greenhouse plants and inventory. Collaborate with our close-knit team in a dynamic retail environment.

What We're Looking For:
Professional floral design experience (portfolio required). Passion for creative, custom floral work. Strong customer service and communication skills. Physical ability to lift heavy objects occasionally. Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative team environment. Availability for 2 Saturdays per month + holiday periods.

We specialize in seasonal living arrangements, custom-planted gardens, and unique faux florals that elevate homes throughout Jacksonville. Perennial winner of Best Garden Shop in Jacksonville.
Location:
Historic Avondale District, 3639 St Johns Ave., Jacksonville, FL 32205 / 904-388-2060 / Shop hours 10-5 M-F and Sat 10-4.
