Qualified candidates must be friendly, driven, goal-orientated, with a passion for people and a love of floral design.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

: An energetic, self-motivated, creative problem-solver willing to grow with our team would be the perfect candidate. Duties include, but are not limited to people management, team building, hiring, training, developing talent, scheduling, designing large scale floral arrangements, setting up events, client communication, incoming and outgoing mail/faxes, filing, client correspondence and more.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Strong time management and organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment; proficiency in Microsoft functions, including Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel; interpersonal skills; filing system experience and proficiency; effective oral and written communication skills; active learning skills and the ability to understand the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making; strong critical thinking skills; flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing environment and priorities; positive attitude, integrity, and excellent judgment. Open schedule flexibility is a must!

Pay:

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
