Floral Designer Florafête Bouquet Bar | St. Petersburg, FL Florafête is looking for a creative, artistic Floral Designer to join our team as we open our first brick-and-mortar location in downtown St. Petersburg. Professional floral experience is not required. We're looking for someone with natural artistic ability, a strong eye for color, texture and composition, and a genuine love of beautiful things. If you can make something beautiful with your hands and have the creativity to see flowers a little differently, we'll teach you the rest. This is a hands-on role designing everyday bouquets, custom orders, event work and installations while helping bring the Florafête aesthetic to life. What you'll do: Design bouquets, arrangements and custom orders Create floral work for events, workshops and special projects Learn to process, condition and care for fresh flowers Maintain an organized, beautiful and efficient floral workspace Help customers select flowers and create their own bouquets Work quickly and confidently during busy periods Contribute ideas and creativity to the Florafête brand You'll love this role if you are: Naturally artistic with a strong visual sense Creative and detail-oriented Excited to learn the art of floral design Comfortable working with their hands Fast, reliable and able to stay calm under pressure Warm, personable and genuinely enjoys people Proud of their work and excited by beautiful details Floral experience is a plus, but artistic ability, creativity and the desire to learn matter most.

Pay:
