Flower Shop Assistant - " Bloom Crew" Florafête Bouquet Bar | St. Petersburg, FL Florafête is looking for a Bloom Crew team member who is energetic, adaptable and ready to jump in wherever they're needed. This is our all-around, hands-on team role . One minute you might be helping a guest build a bouquet, the next you could be running a delivery, helping behind the bar, resetting the dining room, assisting in the kitchen or making sure the shop is ready for the next rush. No two days look exactly the same—and that's the fun of it. What you'll do... Assist wherever needed across the shop, bar, kitchen and floral areas Welcome guests and help create a warm, memorable experience Assist with bouquet bar customers, wrapping and flower care Help with food and beverage service and basic kitchen tasks Make local deliveries and pickups Set up and break down events and workshops Restock supplies, maintain cleanliness and keep things organized Help with opening, closing and general shop upkeep Jump in wherever the team needs an extra set of hands You'll love this role if... Hours:

Part-time hours, with scheduling based on business volume, seasonal demand, events and overall shop needs. Flexibility is important. If you're the kind of person who can walk into a room and immediately see what needs to be done, we want you on the Bloom Crew.
