This energetic role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a creative environment where your passion for flowers and customer service can blossom. Minimum 3 years of customer service experience. Floral experience is a plus but we are willing to train the right candidate Provide stellar assistance to customers in retail boutique, over the telephone, and via email Strong communication and organizational skills are required Ability to multitask independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Support floral designers with processing flowers, preparing orders, and maintaining the boutique, as well as with merchandising, stocking shelves, and organizing floral supplies efficiently Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for sales transactions, cash handling, and processing payments accurately Maintain shop cleanliness and organization, to create an inviting environment Must be available on alternating Saturdays, and during the holiday season Opportunity for a promotion into a full-time floral designer or lead customer service role, based on skill, performance, and reliability Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience
