What You'll Do:
Design floral arrangements for everyday orders, weddings, events, and funerals Create custom pieces: bouquets, vase arrangements, centerpieces, corsages, wreaths, sprays, and more Work with efficiency and precision while maintaining high design quality Assist with prep work, product setup, and keeping the design floor organized Occasionally assist customers and provide excellent service
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of retail floral design experience (required) Strong design skills & knowledge of floral care and mechanics Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Flexibility to work during peak floral holidays (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc.) Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong attention to detail Comfortable designing funeral and sympathy pieces
