This position works out of our Studio in Atlanta, GA 30318. We are looking for someone who is highly passionate and motivated with professional horticultural experience. Please do not apply unless you have previous knowledge and experience working with plant material and/or fresh floral product and are bilingual in both Spanish and English. Job Responsibilities 1. Assemble decorative tropical and succulent terrariums and planters according to brand standards 2. Provide care and maintenance for indoor greenhouse plant material, orchids and outdoor nursery area 3. Manage the inventory of plants, vessels, and design supplies 4. Perform repairs and necessary maintenance on terrariums previously sold to clients 5. Maintain order and cleanliness in the greenhouses 6. Occasionally deliver finished products to our boutique location using company vehicles 7. Assist the team as needed during exceptionally busy times, such as floral retail holidays and all workshops Job Requirements 1. An aptitude for design 2. Experience working with live plants 3. Knowledge of plant species and care 4. Ability to diagnose terrarium needs and communicate those needs to clients 5. Strength to lift, push, or pull objects weighing up to 35 pounds 6. Ability to stand for long periods of time 7. Computer skills to place online orders and check product availability 8. Valid driver's license 9. Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed 10. Ability to adapt to changing needs and support team members in providing exceptional service for our clients 11.
