Full Job Description About Us:

Roots and Blooms ("the Company") is a privately-owned, floral and gift services company serving a mix of corporate, service industry, and residential clients. Based in Atlanta, GA since 2005 we provide weekly floral installations in office space, restaurant and retail establishments, in addition to retail, special installations for weddings, special events, etc.

Overview of responsibilities:

Support studio operations including but not limited to vase washing, receiving and processing fresh flowers, picking up inventory, installing plants, etc. Pack arrangements in preparation for delivery and installation. Load arrangements and support equipment into vehicle. Drive to designated client sites to deliver and install floral arrangements for weekly installations, events, retail orders, and special projects. With deliveries and installations, ensure the integrity of the arrangement's design is maintained in the final presentation. Ensure the arrangements are properly hydrated by topping off the water and removing any condensation from the floral display surface. Secure high quality photo content at the installation sites to be used as confirmation of installation and for marketing purposes. Engage with client during delivery to obtain any feedback regarding the installation. Objectively assess each installation efficacy and value relative to client's expectations. Communicate this information to the floral team, including Floral Manager and Creative Director. Deliver, set up, and strike event décor. Qualifications Minimum high school diploma Experience The ideal candidate will have experience in floral installation, art installation, film set design, or event set-up. Other Requirements Must have a car to visit client sites (mileage reimbursement according to published requirements); a work vehicle is also available. You will also need your own reliable vehicle with capacity to deliver floral arrangements. Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 30.0 per week
