ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Establish monthly calendar of events and conduct in-store demonstrations, classes and workshops Plan and coordinate craft fairs, community service projects and in-store events Explain and demonstrate use of products and craft techniques Maintain and promote the designated craft display area with current and new project trends Coordinate and manage craft class sign ups and scheduling Continuously train store personnel on product knowledge and new craft ideas

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Organize work to complete assignments, maintain accuracy, pay attention to detail and demonstrate customer service standards Strong mathematical skills Ability to work under pressure, demonstrate effective decision-making and ability to exercise sound judgement Ability to effectively communicate written and verbally Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
