As a key member of our retail environment, you will assist customers in selecting stunning floral arrangements and plants, maintain attractive displays, and ensure the highest standards of quality and organization. This position is perfect for individuals eager to develop their skills in floral design, landscape maintenance, and retail sales in a lively, fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Assist customers with floral selections, providing expert advice on floral design, plant care, and gardening tips Create beautiful floral arrangements and bouquets tailored to customer preferences and seasonal themes Maintain fresh inventory by stocking flowers, plants, and related supplies efficiently and attractively Ensure all displays are well-organized, clean, and visually appealing to encourage sales Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions including cash handling and credit card processing Support merchandising efforts by setting up promotional displays and updating signage regularly Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, processing returns or exchanges, and ensuring a positive shopping experience Experience Prior experience in floral design or gardening is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential Familiarity with retail sales environments, including cashiering and stock management Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse customers Knowledge of horticulture practices, landscape maintenance, or lawn care is advantageous Ability to handle cash accurately and perform retail math efficiently Organizational skills to manage stock levels, maintain cleanliness, and support visual merchandising efforts Passion for customer service with a friendly attitude and proactive approach to assisting shoppers Join us to cultivate your skills in a lively environment where your creativity blossoms!
