About Fleur + Form Fleur + Form is a Chicago area floral studio creating elevated floral experiences for brands, businesses, hospitality, and discerning clients who appreciate thoughtful design. Our work has been trusted by brands including Ferrari, AMEX, Bulgari, Dior, Prada, Apple, and Resy, with a focus on florals that feel artful, modern, and intentionally designed. We're in an exciting stage of growth, taking on larger corporate events, brand activations, hospitality projects, and luxury gifting. Every week looks different, which means you'll have the opportunity to work on everything from intimate arrangements to high profile events across Chicagoland. What You'll Do No two days are the same, but responsibilities may include: Processing and conditioning fresh flowers Preparing orders for delivery Making local deliveries throughout the Chicagoland area Assisting with event setup and teardown Loading and unloading floral installations Maintaining inventory and organizing the studio Picking up flowers and supplies when needed Keeping the studio clean, organized, and running smoothly What We're Looking For Reliable, detail oriented, and proactive Available 5 to 15 hours per week with a flexible schedule Comfortable with occasional evenings and some weekends during busy event periods Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle Comfortable driving throughout the Chicagoland area Able to lift 25 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed Floral experience is a bonus, but not required. We're happy to train someone with the right work ethic and eye for detail.
