Full Job Description Cleaning Clear Tables:

Remove soiled plates, glasses, and silverware promptly when guests finish.

Reset Tables:

Wipe down surfaces and set tables with clean linens, silverware, and glassware.

Support Staff:

Refill water glasses, serve basic items, and assist servers.

Maintain Cleanliness:

Sweep around tables, clean spills, and empty trash cans. Bussers clean and reset tables, floors, and furniture Cross training as food runner

Deliver Food:

Bring plated dishes out from the kitchen line to the exact guests who ordered them without "auctioning" plates.

Quality Check:

Inspect dishes at the pass to confirm correct presentation, garnishes, and modifiers before leaving the kitchen.

Learn Table Layouts:

Memorize table numbers, seat positions, and floor charts.

Communicate:

Relay dietary restrictions, special requests, or kitchen delays between front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
