Seasonal Part-Time Floral Assistant

MUST HAVE FLORAL EXPERIENCE 2-3 YEAR

Vy's & Bloom Studio is seeking an experienced and reliable floral assistant to support our team during the busy wedding and event season. This seasonal, part-time position requires a minimum of two years of professional floral experience. Responsibilities include processing and preparing flowers, assisting with floral production, packing and loading event designs, driving a cargo van, assisting with installations and breakdowns, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

The ideal candidate must:

Have at least two years of professional floral experience Be available to work weekends and flexible event hours Hold a valid driver's license and feel comfortable driving a cargo van Be able to lift and carry heavy floral arrangements, equipment, and rental items Be able to stand and work for long periods Work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced, production-style environment Be able to work independently without constant supervision Take direction well and follow design instructions carefully Work well as part of a team Be dependable, punctual, detail-oriented, and professional Hours will vary depending on our event schedule, with most shifts taking place during floral production, event installations, and breakdowns.
