This person reports directly to the Floral Studio Manager. Duties Design of centerpiece arrangements, focal arrangements, personal flowers, and on-site floral installations Processing of flowers and all fresh materials Assist in event set-ups and installations Prepping of inventory (cleaning glass, pulling inventory for upcoming events, foaming vases, etc.) Studio maintenance (washing buckets, sweeping work area, taking out trash, organizing inventory, etc.) Qualifications Proven experience in floral design or related fields such as horticulture or gardening. 2+ years of industry-specific experience Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work. Must be able to work on feet all day and lift 50+ pounds on a regular basis

Base Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
