Job Overview We are seeking a creative and passionate Floral Designer to join our Bunches Flowers Location. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics, an understanding of floral arrangements, and the ability to connect with customers. As a Floral Designer, you will play a vital role in creating beautiful floral displays for various occasions while providing exceptional customer service. Duties Design and create floral arrangements with high quality for events, weddings, and everyday occasions. Assist customers in selecting flowers and arrangements that meet their needs. Maintain inventory of flowers and supplies, ensuring freshness and quality. Operate POS systems to process sales transactions accurately. Follow established pricing and procedures with our operation Communicate effectively with customers over the phone and in person to understand their preferences and provide recommendations. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders. Maintain a clean and organized workspace Deliver floral arrangements occasionally Ability to lift 40 lbs. Other duties as needed Skills Proficiency in floral design techniques and an understanding of flower care. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers Experience with cash registers and POS systems for efficient transaction processing. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. A passion for creativity and an eye for detail in floral arrangements.
