Our commitment to quality and creativity has earned us a loyal customer base. We are now seeking a talented and experienced Flower shop designer to join our team. Note, ONLY seeking experienced. Must be a seasoned floral designer with a strong history in the retail environment.

Role and Responsibilities:

As the Flower shop designer, (manager),you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our store while showcasing your creativity as a designer.

Your responsibilities will include:

maintaining all aspects of the retail store when on shift, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service. Working with our team.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail, Minimum of 3 years as an experienced floral designer. We will train to fit our bespoke brand. Proven expertise in floral design and a portfolio showcasing your creativity, not pictures of events you have worked on per se, would need to see your own personal level of design. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for customers, always positive, always a strong desire to help them as much as possible. Knowledge of floral industry trends, flower care, and various design techniques. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and during peak floral seasons.

Hours Needed:

•Some M-F 10:30am-5:30/6pm Sunday 9-4pm
