Job Description
A Greenhouse Retail Designer and Assistant (part-time/seasonal) position is available. This position would entail designing and creating annual planters through out the year. Maintenance of greenhouses, inventory and creating displays. Ensuring the health & quality of plants being grown for retail sales. Also, assisting retail customers with questions, suggestions and ideas with greenhouse products. Requirements for fulfillment include, but are not limited to:
- Degree in Horticulture or knowledge of the industry.
- Must be friendly, patient, have a strong work ethic and communication skills.
- Must be creative and a fast learner.
- Must be able to work well with others.
- Must be comfortable with working outside and being on your feet for long periods of time.
- Must be available to work some weekends, during our busy season.
- Must be eager to work with the general public.
Pay:
$17.00- $19.
