•30 per hour , based on experience and skill level Hours 25-30 hours per week Responsibilities Design and create high-quality floral arrangements for a variety of occasions. Create arrangements that reflect the client's vision, style, and budget. Work with fresh flowers, greenery, and floral supplies. Prepare arrangements for everyday orders, special occasions, events, weddings, and other client needs. Maintain quality, consistency, and attention to detail in every design. Properly condition, process, and care for flowers and floral inventory. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient design workspace. Collaborate with the team to meet daily production and delivery deadlines. Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients.
