Join Our Holiday Decorating Team! We are seeking a creative, dependable, and detail-oriented Holiday Decorating Assistant to join our seasonal part-time decorating team. The ideal candidate has a background in interior decorating, floral design, event design, or a related creative field and enjoys transforming spaces with beautiful holiday décor. This position involves both interior and exterior decorating , so applicants must be comfortable working in a variety of environments and weather conditions. Responsibilities Assist with the installation and removal of holiday decorations in residential and commercial spaces Help create attractive, cohesive holiday displays using décor, greenery, florals, lighting, and other decorative elements Assist with interior and exterior decorating projects Arrange and style holiday décor according to design plans and client preferences Safely use ladders and basic decorating equipment Load, unload, carry, and organize decorating materials and supplies Maintain a clean and organized work area Work efficiently as part of a decorating team Provide professional and courteous service to clients Assist with storing and organizing decorations at the completion of the season Required Qualifications Previous experience or education in interior decorating, floral design, event design, or a related design field Strong eye for color, proportion, balance, and detail Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to safely climb and work from ladders Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, seasonal environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Must have open availability in November and January. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who is creative, hands-on, dependable, and enjoys decorating . You should be comfortable taking direction while also bringing your own design sense and creative ideas to each project.
