Job Description
This company is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Botanical & Floral Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a designer who blends artistic vision with technical Botanical and floral expertise and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Design and execute custom floral arrangements and botanical installations Contribute to creative concepts, mood boards, and client proposals Prepare, process, and condition fresh product Lead or assist with on-site installations and breakdowns Maintain workspace organization, inventory, and design standards Uphold the company aesthetic and quality expectations Qualifications 3+ years professional floral or botanical design experience Strong understanding of color, texture, scale, and composition Experience with large scale commercial botanical/floral installation Knowledge of seasonality and proper flower/plant care Ability to lift 40+ lbs and work flexible hours (early mornings, evenings, weekends) Valid driver's license preferred Ideal Candidate Design-forward and trend-aware Calm under pressure and solution-oriented Detail-driven with strong time management Passionate about botanical artistry and urban landscape aesthetics
