Time/Part Time Both Available Floral Designer Position Overview:
Floral Experience Preferred. As a floral team member, your role will include designing wire-in orders through our flower design center placed by various wire services such as Teleflora, FTD and 1-800 Flowers Bloomnet.- Ensure fresh and appealing arrangements are made to the recipes given by wire services.
- Ability to follow company instructions and procedures.
- Effective time management skills and strong work ethic and integrity.
- Willing to work flower holidays when needed, and willing to work additional hours and weekends when needed.
- Understand basic plant and flower care, and have a good sense of color, shape and design.
- We are willing to train. Salary based on experience and skillset.
- Health insurance available after 60 days of full-time employment. Not paid by employer.
- Company-sponsored 401(k) plan available after 60 days of full-time employment
