Floral delivery is part of this positition as well. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in floral design and shop operations. Responsibilities Assist with floral arranging, plant care, and maintaining attractive displays to ensure high-quality presentation. Floral delivery so license is required. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions including cash handling, retail math calculations, and processing sales efficiently. Stock shelves, merchandise floral products and plants neatly, and manage inventory levels to ensure availability of popular items. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store's floral section and outdoor areas to promote safety and visual appeal. Communicate effectively with team members using phone or in-person conversations to coordinate tasks smoothly. Requirements Prior floral design work experience is highly preferred; enthusiasm to make the customers happy is a priority. Basic familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and retail sales operations. Strong organizational skills for orders and order fulfillment. A positive attitude with a passion for customer service and teamwork to create an inviting shopping environment.
