Responsibilities Design eye-catching floral arrangements for various occasions, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail Assist customers in selecting flowers, plants, and related products, providing expert advice on floral care and design options Maintain the floral display area by merchandising products attractively and restocking as needed Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for sales transactions, handle cash and card payments with professionalism Assist in managing inventory by stocking flowers, plants, floral supplies, and seasonal merchandise efficiently Provide excellent customer service through friendly phone communication and in-person interactions, addressing inquiries promptly Requirements Previous experience in floral design or related outdoor work such as gardening or landscape maintenance is preferred Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers Knowledge of horticulture, plant identification, and floral design techniques is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, retail math, and cashiering procedures to ensure smooth transactions Organizational skills to manage stock levels, merchandising displays, and seasonal decorations effectively Passion for customer service with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills This role is perfect for energetic individuals who love creating beautiful floral designs, and thrive in a retail setting.
